Summary: This hotel does not have LAUNDRY FACILITIES as stated on Hotels.com, if I had known this I wouldn’t have booked it. It does have a laundry service with a per item charge. We were allocated room 118 which the hotel must know has NO Wi-Fi reception and reported it 3 times before having to change rooms as their engineer couldn’t “fix it”. On a plus side reception granted us a generous check out time which was much appreciated.

Summary: The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean. These people work really hard and the hotel is well managed. The reason we gave a less than stellar review is that the hotel is tired and really needs new carpeting for sure throughout the hotel and some new furnishings in the Lobby. The reason we’re very concerned about the carpeting is we stayed on the second floor and my husband and I who are fit and thin kept tripping on the carpeting that sticks up and is loose or has lumps. It really isn’t safe and I’m planning to call the manager about it. Someone who is disabled or elderly or even just a regular person could fall so easily on this carpeting. The room cleaners were fabulous. We really think for this mid price hotel. They do a wonderful job overall it just needs a renovation.

Summary: I travel alot and I’ve stayed here several times. Always a fast easy check in. Large lobby very clean and the rooms are decent as well. Only complaint was the bathroom it wasn’t updated like other rooms I’ve stayed at here and could have used a tad more cleaning. Overall nothing major would recommend.

Summary: Great price but for the brand I was disappointed. Hallway was rundown, ripped carpets, definitely needs maintenance

Summary: When I went to check in, I was told that there were no clean rooms so we had to wait . I was worried at first but then they cleaned up our room very fast. Despite the sand storm and Beyoncé concert leaving this hotel at full capacity , it was so enjoyable . I love Deerfield area and it was my first time visiting . I have always stayed in Chicago but the hotel and the village grew on me . It was a great price for 2 nights on a busy Canadian holiday with a Beyoncé tour and a sand storm all at once . The staff was very helpful. The room was beautiful . Looked like an ensuite . My favourite part was that they employ people with special needs . It was so heartwarming seeing a person with possible Down’s syndrome working front desk and making a difference in their lives . I will be back and I wish that employee all the best !
